Disappointed. Food and coffee quality are good but service is lacking. I love supporting a local business and I continue even when prices went up 30% over 6 months. Unfortunately service is inconsistent at best. An example: I bought a bag of coffee and when I opened it the next morning I realized it was whole bean not ground as I had thought.
