AO Sushi is THE place to go for take-out sushi. The only thing more packed than the refrigerated units (which are seemingly re-stocked by the hour) are the rolls themselves. Each is FILLED to the gills with super-fresh, HUGE chunks of premium fish. Long a sushi lover, Ao has been a staple for years. Sadly, Ao has slipped dramatically. If you’re getting rolls with lots of sauce, it’s flavorful enough. My go-to is a yellowtail and scallion roll; unfortunately, it’s one of those rolls where if the fish isn’t fresh or top grade, it’s noticeable.
