Overall a really nice experience. The service provided by Hassan was just amazing. To nitpick, the steak wasn't as tender as I'd expected and the onions below the steak still tasted very raw. Perhaps an option to select partially caramelized onions might work better. Go for the Steakout version of the steak as the hotplate keeps the steak hot/warm to the end.
