There are many possibilities in the Richmond area, but Steven Edwards in the Bingham Townhouse feels special. The location is perfect and hotel gardens are beautiful. However, unfortunately during our stay there was construction going next to our room. We were staying in a cosy room in the eaves and the construction was happening on the roof. The scaffolding was less than a foot from our window/bed and banging started at 07.30 in the morning.
