While there are some negative reviews of this restaurant, there are also positive ones. Some customers have mentioned that the food was uninspired and lacking in quality, while others have raved about the delicious Pad Thai, fresh rolls, and chicken balls. The service has been described as both unprofessional and welcoming, depending on who you ask. The location of the restaurant may give some pause, with music pumping from upstairs tenants and a dirty entrance, but others have found the interior to be clean and inviting. Portions may be on the smaller side, but the complimentary tea and friendly owners make up for it. This place is among the best in London, in the category of Asiatic, and so far, the Viet Thai Restaurant has received mixed reviews.
What Dee H likes about Viet Thai Restaurant:
I always get take out from here, and i go in to order it. I am always offered tea, and this is a complementary service. The owners are lovely people and always try to make me feel at home. The food is always the best, and I refuse to eat spring rolls from anywhere else, they just don't compare. They are also the only ones my very picky husband will eat. Best Thai food I have had in London. View all feedback.
What Patrick B doesn't like about Viet Thai Restaurant:
This restaurant is located one of the shadiest places in London. Music pumping from the tenants upstairs not exactly what you're looking for in a restaurant. The restaurant was dirty as I walked in so I could only imagine what the back of the place looked like. Enjoy View all feedback.
