This place is amazing!! My husband is from Honduras and is constantly talking about his homeland cuisine. He found this place and it was amazing. We have been to another Honduran restaurant here in Long Beach, but when it comes to the authenticity of the food, Mi Tierra Restaurant has it right. Breakfast is tasty, takes a bit of time to come from the kitchen, but when it does, it is worth the wait. I had their Desayuno Hondureño which consists of fried plantain, beans, sour cream, slice of cheese, a piece of steak, and 2 sunny side up eggs.
