I have been living in Alberta for 13 years and really miss my Quebec smoked meat so it was great to be back and have a lean smoked meat sandwich and fries. The service is fast and friendly and my Mother's company was great. I believe their poutine is suppose to be awesome as well. My next trip back I will definitely be going back for a smoked meat!! I had a Sousmarin Special with smoked meat, steak, fried mushrooms and onions, cheese. lettuce and tomatoes. The French fries were overdone and soggy.
