I made an unexpected stop at Subway, which I don't usually do. The manager was the only staff member working and she was also manning the cash register. Despite being busy, she provided excellent customer service and ensured that the line moved quickly. There were no complaints from customers. Metro! I do not want to vent my frustration on this particular establishment, but the sandwiches I purchased today for my family were significantly smaller compared to two months ago.
