This place is insane. Like, you come here because you think you 'll catch a break from LAX but it 's so small, congested, and poorly run that it just seems inconvenient. There is only ONE passenger loading and unloading lane and it becomes extremely packed. On a Wednesday afternoon at 4:45pm, it took nearly 15 minutes just to get to the unloading zone.
