Colossus is the best there ever was! I’m so glad we have this San Pedro location—it’s a local gem of a bakery. Everything they make is crafted beautifully with so much attention to detail and clearly made with a lot of love. I just returned to Long Beach from Paris. I was there 3 weeks and fell in love with the pastry from Britney France, kouign amann. I googled where I could find this delightful treat in this area and was lead to Colossus. I tried both locations...Long Beach and San Pedro.
