The hummus factory! It was difficult to find a fast casual option and semi-healthy restaurant in the Promenade at Howard Hughes Center. I only eat hummus occasionally, but I was more interested in the Gyro plate. I instantly wanted to change my order because I saw the gyro combo would have given me fries and saved a few bucks. I live right across the street, so I often order food from this restaurant. The chicken plate has been pretty good for the price, but recently I just got a plate that was way over cooked. The chicken is blackened and you can taste the bitterness. They should have really scrapped this batch and made a new one. View all feedback.
