Generous two slabs of chashu inside the black . Good American toppings of crispy kale and onions. Crispy tuna could be less squishy in the rice but definitely good crunch and flavor of sauces. Locals should enjoy this place with a good lot and street parking to avoid the parking nightmare of Little Tokyo. This place was really nice on the inside especially for a strip mall spot. The service was on time and attentive .the kitchen staff was a bit loud though we were sitting right near the kitchen opening so I can't fault the place for my seating choice.
