I flagged this place after seeing it on DDD and it did not disappoint. They were out of the pork belly, which was a bummer, but we ended up getting 4 different buns. Our favorite was the katsu and the veggie (surprisingly). We also got the corn cheese, but ended up eating the buns first. Recommend doing it the other way around next time. I liked the chicken katsu bun I ordered the gojuchang sauce is my favorite. The chicken katsu bowl was tasty but very dry. There was no salad dressing on the lettuce. Upon asking the staff for sauce, I was notified there was a charge but again, the bowl was very dry and the chicken nearly overly fried. Wasn't open on a Tuesday 3:30 pm. Pretty disappointing since i drove a ways to get here
