We loved our experience, however, Rosy's Cafe was actually closed but we could sit in the Rosy Cafe area and order from the Tropicana. The food was excellent and the service was good. It's right next to a pool and there was a dj so it was somewhat loud for conversation, but also festive and made us feel like we were on vacation! View all feedback.

This is a cafe at the Hotel Roosevelt in Hollywood. It seems to be poolside food. simple menu. The drinks were pretty good. There is a dj by the pool so the vibe is fun. Loud for some, but I liked that. The tuna tartar was not good. They did not serve any soy sauce which would have helped mask the taste.
