My friend treated me to lunch to celebrate my birthday. She said her light meal was delicious. Think lox and bagel (with fixings) minus the lox. I had a Philly cheese steak. What Steve doesn't like about Celias Garden Cafe Inc.:
Was visiting from out of town, got a recommendation to come try corned beef and hash here and honestly, it was the worst I have ever had, it seems like the cooks have no idea what they are doing in there, since when is corned beef and hash come in a pancake form ?
