First time having Ethiopian food. It was an experience. I had lamb 2 ways (sautéed and stewed , spicy lentils, salad, stewed green beans carrots, stewed collard greens, cabbage and rice. Also, injeri (sp? bread. I mostly enjoyed the blend of spices, warm think cumin, smoked paprika, sumac, zataar, maybe chili powder; mildly pungent, somewhat spicy (not too much, tho .
