The food and service was wonderful smiling staff and friendly... it was cold in there... but the prices were way too expensive, trying to turn a burger place into a high end eatery, but the size of the burgers do not compliment the prices... the way economy is now 5 Guys can not be a Friday night family outing for a family of 5. Whenever we walked in it was a nice atmosphere and it was clean. But whenever we got up to the register they were very direct and not very social and they were slightly rude. They got our food out within a good amount of time. But when they called our order number they just left it on the side of the red tops and did not have any customer service.
