Ordered online. Left directions to roll over the pizza dough to punch out the bubbles so cheese doesn't bubble off to one side. Walk in to wait for pizza and staff is loudly mocking my directions. Amateurs! Anyone making pizza professionally should know that pizza dough bubbles up in the oven and there are industry tools to remedy that.
