Enter drive thru the very back of store and around the corner to pick up. Parking lot was a little confusing and I ended up pulling out of an entrance to get to the stoplight. Worst and nastiest Panera Bread I have ever been to. I've been to MANY because my job requires me to travel A lot. Staff is okay but not that friendly and the Managers at Lumberton location are hateful, fake smiles, and very rude. My time i soent in there was around an hour.
