Twice now I have received emails with a coupon from the corporation for being a rewards member. Both times there has been an ordeal with the store /employees/manager giving the discount. While they have ended up eventually honoring the discounts they give the feeling that they'd rather not and cause an inconvenience in hopes you'll say forget it and pay full price. View all feedback.
