i came in the other night pretty close to closing and still felt very welcomed. by the time my food was done, it was pouring outside and the young black girl working offered to use the store umbrella and walk me to my car. definitely one of the best customer service experiences i have had. The food had great flavor, and the buns and toppings were fresh. However, the fries were quite thick and overcooked. The prices are really steep—I need to figure out how to reduce them. A cheeseburger costs over $11, and fries are more than $7. My bill for myself and my two young kids at Five Guys came to $50! Seriously?
