Absolutely incredible Ramen. I've had the Tonkatsu twice in the past week because of how unbelievably delicious it was. Also the pork buns are fantastic. Lynbrook is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing restaurant! Ramen orders come with half a tea egg, a couple pieces of pork chashu (braised pork belly) and a bunch of veggies and mushroom.
