I am so sad to say that I had such high hopes, but the need we ordered was literally swimming in a pool of oil and “rare” in France is raw. Good to know . While they did cook it more for us, my husband...was sick the entire next day and could not leave the hotel room. Completely ruining one of our only three days in the beautiful Lyon.
