It's been 4 times since we've been staying in this hotel. It's the first time I'm really disappointed. Not worth a 5-star. Some 4 stars are better and especially clean. We made it clear, but nothing has been done in our sense. A commercial gesture and a cleaning of the room seems to us a minimum. View all feedback.
