I know it can depend on what time of day you go, but personally I always had great experiences at this point. In this case, it was a Sunday morning. They were very busy, but they had 4 people working, and they did an excellent job. My job was a pickup job, and there were many other orders. I used to enjoy the service and the friendly baristas here but it has gone downhill drastically over the last few years. Last time I was here there was a miserable employee constantly complaining out loud as she made drinks about a customers cologne being too strong and making her feel sick .
