I like Bern's regular Halo-halo and Mais con Yelo. It's really creamy and sweet (too sweet for some) and they have generous servings too. This place used to be really crowded with long lines of customers, but when they expanded to different locations the place seems to be more inviting and comfortable than before. Great dessert place to stop by when you're going back to Tagum or Davao View all feedback.
