We really liked this simple veg restaurant in Margao. They have an extensive menu to choose from, but we both had a Thali. I would recommend the North India Deluxe Thali's, but only if you can eat a lot ;-) (Mind you, for some reason the Thali's are unavailable between 3pm and 7pm). Everything on it was delicious.
