Ordered online. Special instructions said to wait until I arrive to prepare the subs. They ignored those instructions. When asked to remake them, I was given an excuse I just made them but I wanted to watch my sandwiches made since I had special instructions beyond the 144 character limit. They were less than willing to make any of it right. What if I had a food allergy and it was ignored? Tighten up, Subway. View all feedback.
