I placed a mobile order and came inside to pick it up. Waited about 45 minutes for all of the food to come out, all the whilst people behind me came about 10 minutes before breakfast was over and proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for their orders to finally be taken, only to be told they could NOT order breakfast even though they were waiting far ahead of time.
