Had a horrible experience with the lady at the coffee shop, not sure if she's owner or just staff, but not knowing there's rule of no outside food, I asked politely and she said no just go eat outside in the car. I was astounded. I've been there a few times just to sit in the corner table and study, was always cordial and tipped nicely.
