Disappointing experience even though I love their coffee beans. Person taking my order was all business and didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. I ordered a latte, and they made it in a to-go cup, but I didn't order it to go. Would've been cool if they asked. Then my latte was scalded, too hot to hold even through paper. View all feedback.
