we have been ordering döner at nam for a long time. the preorder had always worked smoothly and the dark were hot, but today total disappointment.The dark were preordered for 19 o'clock. when I arrived at 18:55 the döner were already finished and stood on the counter not warmed or similar. on my demand, the very unfriendly dame am tresen said that they were “first” a few minutes ready for us still warm. a pity today...
