I came in today to order my usual, bagel with sausage/cheese. I was rudely informed they don’t do any modifications. Essentially you get what you get. When I told her I’ve ordered the same things several times before, I was told “whatever”. It’s surprising that your establishment doesn’t accommodate people who don’t like eggs or something.
