Dinnertime at Ristorante Urbana Mannheim, G5, 13-14. I chose from the table the goose lobe on celery puree with marons and carrots. The friendly boss of the house recommended us a bottle of Syrah from Montalcino. Not exactly typical of Tuscany, because you tend to grow cuvees there. Was totally fit to goose.
