This morning, we stopped by a deli on our way to Port Douglas. We ordered two paninis to go, but it seems I only paid for one. Despite this slight mix-up, I ended up purchasing more items to enjoy with my second panini. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes for just one panini, and we observed poor food safety practices, no handwashing, and a very dirty environment.
