I visited Cold Stone Creamery for the 1st time yesterday. Not knowing about the flavor I was going to order, I asked for a sample. They succeeded in getting me inside the store, bit then due to their ignorant policy, they lost the sale and they created a consumer who for the next 30-50 years will only have bad things to say about their business and I like to talk.
