Five Guys fries, though plentiful and well salted, always appear to be old. Idk if it's the oil or that the fries are actually old, but they're never crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside like homemade fries, and they're always brown and not golden.Anyway, still enjoyed my meal and service. Ordered our food, went to pay, got out our $100 bill, and they said they were unable to take it as they aren't allowed to take $100, our bill was $118. Put a sign out to state this. Manager rude, didn't care, just said to ring head office View all feedback.
