Certain dishes have a good flavor but they use a lot of coloring in the meals, such as in the huancaina potatoes the sauce is too yellow and in the green noodles, they do not use spinach so that the sauce is leagues green, you can tell that what they use is green food coloring or that the spinach was excessively expensive.
