How dare we call this thing that was served to us today a cordon bleu? Only 25% of the breadcrumbs were fried... The rest of the breadcrumbs were still mushy... Supposedly the most miserable cordon bleu I have ever had on my plate in the last 40 years. I hope that was an exception.
