my wife and I shared the sampler. it was actually called something else, but it was good. wife liked her truthahnbein. wings were really good. the ribs we got in the sampler were quite small and had a lot of cartilage pieces. if your intended ribs I would probably only go with full ribbed plate. we will try the ripening again. great tasting sauce, great personal and clean place View all feedback.

if there was ever a question whether the wings are fresh, then just happen to spring, which are still attached to the 6 of the 8 wings I ordered. the springless I had eaten were delicious and the sauces were on the spot, but I still remained unsatisfied. not worth the prizes, and I think it'll take a while until I touch chicken wings again.
