4 of us went to elixiba on their banquet night and ordered 2 banquets. at first, everything was going well, we had 2 of our 8 or so plates come out within 15 minutes. then, no food came for about an hour. at this point, we asked how our order was going & got told that it won't be much longer. over the next 2 hours, the rest of the banquet plates came out. so in total, we were sitting for about 3 and a half hours for 8 small plates of food. On top of all that, both waitresses asked US what we were waiting on.. now that's poor service, no internal communication or planning for the night. you guys should start writing things down. won't be back.
