Chili's in Martinsville has came a long way as I used to HATE going there and NOW it's one of our favorite restaurants. The waiters and waitresses are top notch. Most of the managers are super friendly and want to ensure your satisfaction. Don't like that children can sit in the bar area, not at the bar, but that has nothing to do with Chili's. Not a good experience! Ordered potato soup it was super runny with no flavor. Can tell they added water to it and took forever to get. After waiting an hour we asked how much longer for dinner. Food hadn’t even been sent in. Server was more worried about leaving for the night than taking care of us. Came in at 8pm. They don’t close until 10pm.
