We had ordered a ceviche cocktail and a shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail tasted like it was out of date or like the shrimp hadn't been cleaned properly. We asked the waitress if she could change our dish and she said yes but she was going to charge us for the cocktail anyway because we had already put the spoon in it.
