Jeff launched his innovative concept of quick service dining in downtown Cincinnati in 1985 with the opening of the first Penn Station Restaurant. The original menu boasted four sandwiches, including the signature grilled cheesesteak, along with fresh-cut French fries and hand-squeezed lemonade.
