I have been facing a problem with my recent food delivery orders from Zomato especially from far off places. The orders are typically delivered after 1 hour and that too cold food. Zomato should stop delivering for restaurants which are so far that they can’t maintain the hot chain during transport. There’s no point delivering cold food. View all feedback.
