I completed the Autumn 5 day detox last Friday. I had been feeling run down and bloated for quite a while. It wasn't hard to complete because the food was satisfying and I could fill in a hungry moment if I wanted to with a couple of fresh feijoas or an apple. Half way through the black bean burrito and omg so so good! Juices are always amazing too!
