What User doesn't like about Pastelería Monagas:
It is a very nice bakery, an upscale environment with not exaggerated prices. Ideal to spend a quiet and special moment. But THEY DO NOT HAVE WI-FI for only administrative clients, that is, you must come with your balance or mobile data. For the rest, good attention. I 'm giving it two stars because simple bakeries in the city offer WiFi to their customers and this one doesn 't. View all feedback.
