we had two salads as appetizers, both covered with much tasteless sauce. filet de beuf was overcooked and also covered in a liquid sauce, which was tasted by everything, but morilles mushrooms. a classic steak tartar was ordered, the Italian version was obtained without question/excuse. the meat could not even taste as it was the Parmesan garlic.
