Mizu is a tiny place and can get quite busy at lunchtime with people dining in or taking their sushi and sashimi away. I chose to dine in and sampled both the sushi and a meal of grilled salmon with lettuce and rice. Both were excellent and came very quickly. The staff were helpful in guiding me towards my choice.
