Coming from Asia, I've never understood the hype about home fries. I have tried them at other diners and they are usually okay nothing to really shout about... Until I came to Ernie's. Ya so the people here are pretty great like everyone says. Super attentive and talkative. We chatted a while on the way out the door and enjoyed the conversation. The food is just like well fine but not something I can say I crave again. I cook breakfast often at home pancakes, bacon, eggs and french toast and this is really the very same thing.
